Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time for a brief consultation and ensures your service can begin on time.
We understand plans change. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives us time to offer your spot to another guest.
To cancel or reschedule, please call or text us at 410-530-5309. You can also email for non-urgent changes. We'll do our best to find a new time that works for you.
Appointments missed without notice, or arrivals more than 15 minutes late, may be subject to a cancellation fee or may need to be rescheduled. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit to book future appointments.
